The Founder's Fund is to raise what I need to complete my Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership and, more importantly, to seed future scholarships for youth, emerging leaders, and overlooked dreamers like me.

It’s about reminding people that being told “no” is not the end; it’s the spark that builds what didn’t exist.

MY PURPOSE.

Recently, I applied for an internal scholarship through my workplace. Despite being a full-time employee in good standing, a doctoral student, and a proven community leader, I was denied, based on a misinterpretation of my personnel file, with no formal write-up. No suspension. No missed work. Still, the opportunity was withheld. The union was told that “the club makes its own rules.” And despite a clear-cut appeal.
But I’ve
never waited for permission to walk into my purpose. So, I’m launching my own.
